A Great Space With All The Bells and Whistles
When you arrange to lease our space, you can enjoy our many amenities, including:
- Use of the Schimmel Professional Grand Piano 6' 3" in length
- Large round table in hallway for reception treats

- PA system including two speakers with speaker stands, one cordless mic, one corded mic, and two mic stands
- Chairs for up to 36 guests

Leasing Details and All That Jazz
To ensure your event is a smashing success, it’s important for you to know what to expect and to understand our guidelines:
- Food. You and your guests can enjoy snacks and beverages in our space. However, no food or beverages are allowed on or near the piano, other instruments, or equipment. You are responsible for bringing in your own food and clearing everything away after your event concludes.
- Decorations. Make the space all about your gathering with decorations, flowers, programs, and more. We only ask that you remove all items after your event and dispose of them or take them with you.
- Rate. We charge $75/hour to rent our studio space with a two-hour minimum.
